§01 — What we build
Markets spend part of every decade falling — we treat that as a design constraint. Every mandate combines three coordinated disciplines, weighted to each client's objectives, horizon, and tolerance for risk.
The compounding engine. Global equity exposure built from institutional‑grade vehicles, with individual positions where conviction and suitability align.
Stability and dry powder. Duration and credit quality are managed against the rate cycle — the sleeve that funds opportunity when markets dislocate.
Where suitable: options‑based hedges, measured equity beta, and deliberate cash — structures built to soften drawdowns, not to forecast them.
Options involve leverage, can lose value quickly, and are not suitable for all investors. Sleeves and instruments are tailored per client; no single structure is used in every account.

§03 — Alignment
Four structural facts. Each one removes a conflict of interest before it can exist.
Fee‑only
We work for our clients and no one else. No fund company, broker, or third party pays us anything.
No performance fees
We are never paid on returns. Portfolios are built to your risk tolerance, not to our upside.
Independent custody
Every asset is held in your name at Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. Statements come to you straight from Schwab.
No lock‑ups
Either party may terminate at any time, with written notice.
§04 — The firm
Anter Capital LLC is an independent investment firm founded by Nathaniel S. Anter and headquartered on Brickell Avenue in Miami. We serve individuals, families, and businesses as a fiduciary — including under ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code when advising retirement assets.
Before founding the firm, Mr. Anter operated inside the machinery of institutional markets at Bloomberg L.P. — fixed‑income analytics, derivatives, enterprise risk — serving the desks, risk officers, and asset managers who run the world's largest portfolios. Anter Capital exists to bring that standard of infrastructure to private capital.
