1. Scope of This Policy

Anter Capital LLC (“Anter Capital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of visitors to antercapital.com and related pages that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Site”). This Policy explains the information that may be collected through the Site, how that information may be used and disclosed, and the choices available to you.

This Policy applies to information collected through the Site. It does not replace any separate privacy notice that Anter Capital may provide to advisory clients or prospective clients under applicable financial-privacy laws.

2. Information You Provide

We may collect information that you voluntarily provide when you submit the Site’s inquiry form, send us an email, or otherwise communicate with us. Depending on what you choose to provide, this information may include:

• Your first and last name;
• Email address and telephone number;
• The contents of your message and any other information you voluntarily provide.

Please do not submit account numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords, trade instructions, or other sensitive or confidential information through the Site. Submitting information through the Site does not create an investment advisory relationship.

3. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, the Site’s hosting provider, web server, security services, or similar service providers may automatically receive standard technical information. Depending on the production hosting configuration, this information may include your Internet Protocol address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, pages requested, date and time of access, general geographic region derived from an IP address, error logs, and security-related events.

This information is generally used to operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the Site. Anter Capital does not use the Site to request brokerage credentials or online account passwords.

4. Cookies, Session Storage, and Analytics

The current Site uses browser session storage to remember whether the introductory animation has been displayed during a browsing session. Session storage generally expires when the browser tab or session is closed.

The current Site build is not configured with advertising pixels or behavioral-advertising cookies. The production hosting platform may use essential technologies for security, load balancing, fraud prevention, or basic operation. If Anter Capital later enables analytics, additional cookies, or similar technologies, this Policy and any required consent mechanism should be updated before or when those technologies are activated.

You may be able to control cookies and other browser storage through your browser settings. Disabling certain technologies may affect how the Site functions.

5. How We Use Information

We may use information collected through the Site to:

• Respond to inquiries and communicate with you;
• Evaluate whether Anter Capital’s services may be relevant to your inquiry;
• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and secure the Site;

We do not use information submitted through the Site to execute trades or change an account. Trade instructions and account-service requests should be communicated through channels specifically approved for those purposes.

• Service providers. To vendors that support hosting, email delivery, website security, form processing, data storage, professional services, or other business operations, subject to appropriate contractual or operational safeguards where applicable.

Anter Capital does not sell or rent information submitted through the Site for third-party advertising.

7. Legal, Regulatory, and Recordkeeping Obligations

As an investment adviser, Anter Capital may be required to preserve certain communications and records under applicable securities laws, regulations, examination requirements, litigation holds, contractual obligations, or internal compliance policies. These obligations may limit our ability to delete information upon request.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including responding to inquiries, maintaining appropriate business and compliance records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and satisfying legal or regulatory obligations. Anter Capital seeks to use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the information and the Site. However, no website, email system, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You submit information through the Site at your own risk and should avoid transmitting sensitive information through unapproved channels.

10. Your Choices

You may choose not to submit information through the Site and may instead contact Anter Capital by email or mail. You may also contact us to request that we update or correct information you previously submitted through the Site. Requests are subject to identity verification and any applicable legal, regulatory, recordkeeping, contractual, or security requirements.

Browser settings may allow you to clear or restrict cookies and browser storage. Anter Capital does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals because there is no generally accepted standard for those signals and the current Site is not configured for behavioral advertising.

The Site may link to websites operated by regulators, custodians, service providers, or other third parties. Anter Capital does not control those websites or their privacy practices. You should review the privacy policy of each external website you visit.

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. Anter Capital does not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children through the Site. If you believe a child has provided information through the Site, please contact us.
